I will NEVER go back to Audi downtown who over a period of 2 years could not diagnose a vibration in my steering wheel ONE visit to Audi Oakville and they diagnosed the issue - warped brake pads! They also had to re-balance my tires which were balanced less than 2 weeks previously at Audi Downtown.

Great Customer Service
One week ago, I had a little car damage when I was driving on the road. A hard board (not sure about the material) on the 401 passing lane almost chipped off a plastic panel attached on the bottom of my car, leaving one screw attaching the panel to the car.
I took it to MarkvilleToyota, an assistant service manager by the name of Thomas Cheung, helped me about the problem. He told me he was going to assign engineer to check my car and inform me the next step before they move on. 20 minutes or less later, he sat down with me, telling me that the panel is for cosmetic purpose, they can just remove it; if replace it, it would cost $500-600, which is not worth it. He also arranged car wash before returned car key to me. To be honest, if he told me it had to be replaced, I guess I would think I had no choice. I am so thankful that he really put on customers' shoes to access the situation!
I have been doing regular car services and winter tires switches at MarkvilleToyota. Luckily, I have seen Thomas there often. He is always polite, and efficient. And he never tried to impose on me any unnecessary services or charges.
People say that when your car has little problem, don't take it to dealer, they will rip you off. I totally disagree with it based in my experience with Markville Toyota. Because of the quality employee like Thomas at Markville Toyota, I decide that my next purchase on car will be still Toyota!

I might as well tell you what happened. I really really want to let Toyota know that Marlon Lopez remedied the problem and dealt with it in a most professional manner.
My name is Kacira. I bought my Camry in 2000 I have it regularly serviced by you twice a year since April 2000. My advisor was David Tafaro, unfortunately he has been on 4 month medical leave. He was really outstanding, I heard so many people that were his customers commenting about him all positive, that he was in a different capacity.
I booked my appointment for Nov 14 at 8:15 in the morning. I had a new advisor Don Chen. Don is very pleasant and good mannered and a little inexperienced dealing with customer. He has good intentions, but has difficulty saying no to the customers. I told him 2 things I wanted done maintenance and winter tires on the rim put on my car. I thought it would be done during the day. At 12:00pm. Don called to say they detected a problem. The front brake pad and rotors needed to be replaced and transmission fluid needed to be changed.
I asked if it would be ready by 3:00-400 he said give me an extra hour.
I said okay as long as I can get a shuttle back. He said give me until 5:00pm. He didn’t call me. At 5:15 I called to ask what was happening? He said they hadn’t done the transmission fluid it was 5:00 they had the whole afternoon.
I said make sure someone can pick me up so I am there shortly after 6. I received a call, the driver on his way can come and pick me up. When I got there, Done said they had not even started with the transmission fluid. I was very upset. What happened at 5:15 you said it was the only thing that was not done. I think the mechanic stopped working on my car, he said I was right. Why he had an appt so busy so many people came for winter tires.
I have priority, I had an appointment. He said, they were so persistent they wouldn’t take no for an answer. I asked to see the assistant manager, I spoke with Marlon Lopez I explained what happened.
Don came and apologized to me. Marlon turned that event into a learning experience. Marlon explained to him how to explain and prioritize. Marlon really knows how to deal with customers.
The car was ready at 8:00pm. I was the last customer there.
Marlon left around 7:30 said goodbye
Don said it’s going to the car wash within 5 min. The carwash fellow said he cannot wash the car. The passenger side mirror side view needed to be replaced. They couldn’t wash my car it was really badly damaged. I was shocked I hadn’t honestly not seen it I was not aware of it. Not sure where it happened I have never experienced this in my life.
Honestly I do not know where it happened. From the back of the car you can’t see it. I asked Don, could it have happened at your place? Don said he didn’t know, but we have cameras.
He called Marlon on his cell phone told him what happened.
I was shocked and surprised that Marlon said, go ahead and order the mirror never the less. I went to parts with Don, he ordered the mirror.
Marlon said tell Mrs. Kacira I will call her in the morning, and would look at what happened and where. Right away 8:00 Marlon called me the next morning. He told me there was a form to jot down the condition of the car when the customer brings it in. Marlon looked at the form. That sheet showed the mirror was damaged when it came in.
Marlon was really so nice, said we would replace that mirror free of charge. No charge it’s a $300 mirror. The mirror is already in when do you want to come? He said come at 11:00 ask for me. The mirror was replaced within half an hour. I wanted to express my gratitude I was so impressed with Marlon. Don came and again apologized profusely. It was a very valuable experience for Don. I really really want to let you know that Marlon is a very very efficient Manager.
Next time I come for service in April, I will ask for Don. I want to thank both Marlon and Don.

The process of getting an appointment is easy. In the day, when I arrived, they got my car in right on time, and finished the work within the one hour that they estimated to complete the work. The service attendant was polite and pointed out an upcoming problem I would need to address. The car was washed and I even got a free mug and pen flashlight. All in all a great experience.

The fact that I came in to service my LS 430 and ended up buying an off lease LS460 came as a complete surprise to me.

When I first went to test drive the car, I was immediately addressed and they had a sales person readily available to answer my questions. They let me test drive the car for a good length of time on a busy Saturday, including taking the car out onto the highway.
When I eventually purchased my car, they were very accommodating and willing to deal with me over the phone and through email.
When I picked up my car, they spent the time to help me out even though it was 1 hour before closing on a Friday night. It never felt rushed and they were willing to sit down and show me all the minor driving details about the car I just purchased.

It was the best car buying experience we've ever had. We've previously had several BMW's and actually signed for a Merc before backing out of the Merc deal. This time it was another Audi, our second.

Every time you purchase something the sales rep will always tell you things just to convince you to buy it. Raymond did not only explain about their product but he also explained the pros and cons if you decide to go for financing or leasing based on the current rates. I always look after the numbers, he explained it and backed it up with numbers, not just pure claims, very transparent. Still as a customer you are the one who will still decide. I recommend that you look for Raymond because he knows what he is talking about.

The service performed on my Audi A4 was timely, efficient and affordable. I arrived five minutes early (7:45 AM) and was out by 8:30 AM.
My Audi sounded like a Harley coming in and it purred when I left!

I've been to many car dealerships and DVN Toyota/Scion is by far the best experience I've ever had so far. I went there during the weekend and it was busy with lots of customers so a little bit of waiting for attention was the only bad part. Other then that, I had a sales rep named Peter Huynh and he was great! No pressure, no fluff. Just straight up business. I'm cheap and will not pay more than what I have to in getting what I want. RECENT VISIT TO YOUR DEALERSHIP
I recently purchased a used VW (2011 Gulf Wagon) from the used car lot at an Acura dealer in the Niagara Peninsula. I had looked around locally (I live in Mississauga) for a similar vehicle but they had the right vehicle at the right price. This is my first Volkswagen purchase in at least 40 years of buying vehicles. I was not that familiar with the differences between the various trim levels (Trendline vs Comfortline) and had some questions after taking delivery of the vehicle. The used car manager at the Acura dealer could not answer my questions.
I dropped in to your dealership to ask some questions (after dropping in to another VW dealer and questioning the answers I received). I approached the reception and believe I was greeted by Gina-Marie . I indicated that I wasn't here to buy but wanted to speak with a salesperson to ask some questions about my vehicle. Gina-Marie asked Priscila if she could help. Priscila answered all my questions, looked at my vehicle even though knowing I would not buy a vehicle. She introduced me to Mike (service consultant) and he was very helpful answering more questions and even suggested that my vehicle needed a software update - something another service consultant at the other VW dealer failed to mentioned to me just a few days ago. Priscila also asked a colleague to look at my vehicle and verify if what I thought was true. Unbelievable service! Finally I went to the parts department and spoke with Mike about some accessories for my Golf. Mike was extremely helpful, discussed my options, showed me samples, gave me pricing and even confirmed the availability of certain accessories that the parts dept at the other VW dealer said were discontinued!
You should be very proud of the people I encountered in your dealer ship. Considering I was up front about not being there to purchase a vehicle and that I had purchased my vehicle somewhere else your staff went beyond any expectations. They were courteous, knowledgeable and caring. Wow, what a combination. Even though I have a dealer within 5 minutes of my residence, my preference for anything to do with my VW will be to come to your dealership. There is nothing more to say that service guys are excellent at Oakville Audi. Always take care, always fix the problem when sometime they could easily say "it is normal" and they would have been right, yet, they will make sure you are happy. I was in the market for a very specific second hand vehicle to replace one that was destroyed in an accident. I looked all over the GTA and spoke to many sales people- some of whom were helpful, some very helpful and one at Richmond Hill so helpful that I bought the car from him and he gave me the best service and support anyone could ever want- I would call them again for a used car- I am not yet in the league for a Lexus but if it came to that I would buy from them as well.

"Made the whole process easy"
Just got new leased car through Jim Sairoglou at Don Valley North. Made the whole process very easy. Patient when showing me the car features.
Unfortunately on Friday when had to pick up car the system was down so contract couldn't be printed right away. Made my appointment half hour late in starting and then kept waiting a bit when got there. Not too big a deal though.
Only criticism of whole process I had was when negotiate the price I wish it was all inclusive. We agreed on monthly lease payments and then when got to Finance department I'm being asked about paint and interior protection and benefit of adding car sensors. Wish this had been done with sales person and had final monthly charge right from the start instead of being asked about these add ons after. If you strongly recommend the paint and interior protection, why not just include it from the beginning?
Enjoy Lexus though - our family's 3rd one, my second one. Service process very easy. Car a treat.

My last car was a jeep compass, and I was not happy with it or the service from jeep. I was shocked at the way i was treated at Markham Toyota. "I decided that I wanted to purchase the Tucson and visited four different Hyundai dealerships over a one week period. I met with a sales rep at each dealership, but felt most comfortable with Tamara from Don Valley North. She was pleasant, polite and helpful from the beginning. She wasn't pushing me into immediately placing a deposit like some of the other dealerships, but let me make my decision at my own pace. I should also note that even after I left from my initial visit, she would call me with polite follow-up calls just to check-in, not trying to strong-arm me with threatening sales tatics and I appreciated that. I also found her to speek very well, she was easy to understand and after visiting the four dealerships I knew 100% that she was the sales rep that I wanted to close the deal with and I returned one week later to firm it up. The process was easy, she worked hard to meet my needs. When I picked up the car and realized that the wrong roof rack was installed on the car she worked immediately to get it removed and gave me my money back.
