CASL Opt Out Process

Markham Stores (Dealermine) *Note Higher Gear is no longer necessary

Collect all  sources of opt outs

  1. Collect Opt Outs from Licensing Department
  2. Collect Opt Outs from Service Department
  3. Collect Opt Outs from Email/Website/Phone Call
  4. Collect DealerMine Opt Outs (see DealerMine Export  process)
  5. CASL admin will receive a list of opt outs from  Platinum Plus (weekly)

Reynolds Manual  Opt Out
CASL admin will manually opt out  all customers in Reynolds (see Reynolds Lookup and  opt out process)

Upload CASL OPT  OUTS

  1. CASL admin will collect sources 1,2,3,5 and  upload to Dealermine (See DealerMine Import  Process)
  2. CASL admin will collect sources 1,2,3,4, and  send list to arochester@nucarconsulting.com (Platinum Plus) (See Platinum Plus  Upload List for Excel formatting)

Oakville Stores (180)

Collect all  sources of opt outs

  1. Collect Opt Outs from Licensing Department
  2. Collect Opt Outs from Service Department
  3. Collect Opt Outs from Email/Website/Phone call
  4. Collect 180 Opt Outs (see 180 changelog  process)
  5. Collect DealerMine Opt Outs (see DealerMine Export  process)
  6. CASL admin will receive a list of opt outs from  Platinum Plus (weekly)

CASL admin will manually opt out  all customers in Reynolds (see Reynolds Lookup and  opt out process)

  2. CASL admin will collect sources 1,2,3,4,5 and  send list to arochester@nucarconsulting.com (Platinum Plus) (See Platinum Plus  Upload List for Excel formatting)
  3. CASL admin will manually Opt out 1,2,3,5,6 in  180 (See 180 Customer unsubscribe process)

Barrie Stores & MSH (180)

Collect all  sources of opt outs

  1. Collect Opt Outs from Licensing Department
  2. Collect Opt Outs from Service Department
  3. Collect Opt Outs from Email/Website/Phone call

  4. Collect 180 Opt Outs (see 180 changelog  process)
  5. CASL Admin will receive a list of opt outs from  Platinum Plus (weekly)
  6. CASL Admin will receive list of opt outs from Wellington (CDK) (weekly)

Upload CASL OPT  OUTS
