In light of the ongoing situation concerning COVID-19, we want to provide you with an update on our response to date and our commitment to you moving forward.

While we appreciate that buying a new car may not be a high priority at this time, we do recognize that being able to drive a reliable, safe and serviced vehicle probably is.  Please be assured that the health of our guests coming in for servicing is of the utmost importance.

Dealership Sanitation

All guest vehicles are outfitted with steering wheel covers and seat protectors prior to maintenance or repair work.  In addition, we have introduced enhanced cleaning protocols, including regular sanitizing of all high traffic areas in our stores.  The etiquette of shaking hands upon meeting guests has also been suspended, and associates have been instructed to stay home if they have any symptoms or have travelled recently.

How We Are Trying To Keep You Safe

Hours Of Operation

We have revised the hours of operation for all our Weins Canada divisions.

  • Effective immediately, all closing hours from Monday - Friday will be 6pm or earlier
  • Opening hours will remain the same
  • Saturday hours will remain the same

Test Drives

We have revised our Test Drive policy to make you more comfortable

  • Our Product Advisors will now sit in the back seat during your test drive
  • Prior to your test drive, the Product Advisor will wipe down frequently touched surfaces, including:
    • Door handles
    • Steering wheel
    • Shift knobs
    • Key
    • Seat buckle and latch

Vehicles in Service

Any vehicle that is in our Service Departments will be wiped down with Disinfectant. This will include:

  • Door handles
  • Shift knobs
  • Keys
  • Steering wheel covers will be used during this time

Trade Appraisals

Any vehicle that is being appraised for trade-in will be wiped down with Disinfectant. This will include:

  • Door handles
  • Shift knobs
  • Keys
  • Steering wheel

Shuttle Bus

We will continue to offer Shuttle Bus Services for customers who request a drop off and pick up (This does not include Audi Oakville).

Our Shuttle Bus drivers will continually be wiping down frequently touched surfaces within the shuttle.
