The service at Markville Toyota is the best in terms of their service department and sales department. We just bought our 3rd Toyota vehicle.Edmund Lee, the service manager has impressed us, especially my wife from the first car service to the present. We have followed him to Markville location due to his impeccable professional advice. Recently, Edmund has put my wife at ease that our old Sienna can endure a long trip to pick up our daughter from university during a service visit. Edmund takes his time to explain and answer our questions with professionalism. He recommended Jacky, a sales team member to us after finding out that we are interested in buying a new car. I am glad that we took his recommendation.Jacky Lin, the sales rep made us feel like family. My wife being old school had so many questions to ask whereby Jacky was super patient with her. He made a recommendation for us to consider XLE version because of added safety features. I am glad that we took his professional advice. Jacky is knowledgeable, patient, helpful and sincere in helping us to choose our new car. In addition, I wanted to thank Jenny Ngan ,the financial service manager, who made the car purchase process easy and smooth. We also added the ECP package after Jenny explained its importance in details. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Edmund, Jacky and Jenny for their professionalism and extensive knowledge. My wife loves driving her new car. Words can not describe the feeling I had when working with Marlon and Tammy from Parkway Honda. From start to finish, their attention to my needs and willingness to fix my issues were second to none and I could not have been happier with their assistance. For some context, I had been dealing with another dealership for close to three years, purchasing two cars and having serviced both cars at that same location. However, I began to have multiple problems with my second car. Despite thinking I would be treated as a valued customer after having purchased my second car, I had instead received a largely unsatisfactory service. My needs were brushed aside, and the manager I had spoken with was aggressive, sarcastic, and unwilling to help me find a solution. I finally decided to find another dealership for my car business. While Parkway Honda is quite a distance away, I needed a fresh start. Marlon and Tammy went beyond and exceeded my needs and expectations. Starting from their open-door policy, to listening to my concerns with care, and finally addressing them in a calm and professional manner. While waiting, I was provided timely updates about the exact processes they were doing with my car which was very much appreciated. By the end of the process, I left with a great and delightful impression and I will be coming back here for future business. Their work is an exemplary example of how to treat and provide excellent customer service. This is the type of service I have come to expect from a dealership that represents the name and reputation of Honda. I have already begun recommending my friends and family to this specific dealership and look forward to having my cars serviced here and with any help in purchasing new ones in the near future. Waleed RJ was an exceptional salesperson. What I liked about him was that he was not like a typical salesperson. He was actually looking out for our benefit and got us an amazing deal. Carolina Escobar was also very informative and made me comfortable asking questions. She catered to my needs and budget and made sure I got what was best for me and my family. Just picked up my 2011 Rx350, Picking the car is surpassed my expectations. Ted made sure that car looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Ted was awesome to deal to with and really showed he cared for our needs. The whole experience at Richmond Hill Lexus was by far better then other Lexus stores. Cant say enough good things about Ted and my new car from this dealership. I highly recommend Ted for anyone looking to buy from Richmond Hill Lexus.

The sales person, James went above and beyond to make our new car purchase very enjoyable, right down to a small personal, and very special gift. And James, thank you, we loved the balloons! He and Joanne were right on top of arranging for the financing and/or lease, until everything was to our best benefit. And the sales manager Moses went way out of his way to give us a deal, that was better than company like Toyota would normally give. Perhaps it was due to the fact, that we actually were not planning to buy a new car, or that it was very late at night, or that we fell in love with a 2017 model, that we eventually drove away. Overall, we love the place and will definitely consider buying a car there again. We just hope that James and Moses will still be there 🙂 Super experience!!!

my experience with parkway Honda was great. Joel Evanoff was exceptionally professional and indeed helped me to finally to be sure what i want in my case it was a CRV- LX. throughout the process he helped me even when i received my car he gave me a call to make sure that i was happy with the product or need more info regarding the product. and i got really nice discount from the parkway honda. Dilip from the finance team of parkway Honda also help me a lot to get a tailored finance terms according to my situation. and the last but not least Alyssa from the product delivery get me through all paper work within few minutes and i was very satisfied with the parkway Honda team. anyone looking to buy a Honda i suggest parkway Honda is the place. excellent Job!

I am very happy to be a repeat customer of Reid Williams and MB Barrie! Such a wonderful atmosphere to purchase a vehicle in! I went in to look for a vehicle that would be a better fit for my newly adopted large dog Kirk. Reid and the MB Barrie team could not have possibly been more helpful and accommodating of Kirk and I, they had dog treats already there and they let me take him on several test drives to make sure he was more comfortable in this vehicle than he is in my current Tahoe (captains chairs are not the most accommodating of an 75 lb dog who is new to cars and all things outside of a farm life). They looked after him while I went on a test drive of another vehicle that would have just been for me and not so much for the dog and treated him with all of the love and concern of one of their own personal dogs. Most high end dealerships would most likely be hesitant to allow your dog near their vehicles, never mind allow them on a test drive. Reid was excellent in my prior purchase of an ML350 and showed the same knowledge and enthusiasm in the purchase of my GLC300. He was never pushy, very understanding and once again the negotiation process was absolutely painless especially with the change in management for sales. I got a super fair price for my Tahoe and a great deal on my GLC. I can't say enough positive things about the atmosphere of MB Barrie. The service team, Jeremy Burke especially is absolutely amazing and they make sure that once the sale is done you are still treated with the same care and concern as they do when you are a potential customer still making a decision. I look forward to always servicing my GLC with MB Barrie and hopefully acquiring another vehicle from Reid in the near future. Thanks so much MB Barrie team for making that one of the most positive and memorable car buying experiences for Kirk and I. Many thanks!

Just got my 2019 Veloster Turbo Tech from Don Valley North Hyundai! The staff was fantastic. A special shout out to Lillian and Tigran for all their efforts. Had a great experience buying a vehicle with Shane. They worked hard to fit my schedule and kept all the promises made regarding the timeline for getting the vehicle. The cafe for lunch while waiting was convenient for a bite to eat for lunch. USB ports for charging devices on the 2nd floor were very helpful. Free wifi was fast and easy to connect to. The showroom is very nice, with complimentary coffee, tea, and water. They worked with me to use temporary insurance from my province, as it was a better value than the temporary insurance available from the dealer. I highly recommend both Shane, and the dealership.

This was our first time purchasing a new vehicle. We did not know what kind of car we wanted or anything about buying a new car. Vanessa Head could not have been more helpful. We met her a couple month ago to begin the process of searching for the right car. Vanessa helped us explore all of our options and never pushed us to make any hasty decisions. We returned to Vanessa after several weeks of testing out other vehicles. We just gravitated back to her because she had been so helpful from the beginning and would fight for the right price that worked for us. Plus the VW drive just feels amazing compared to anything else we tried. Vanessa knows VW vehicles so well and her passion for the cars is obvious! I would recommend Vanessa to anyone: singles, couples and families just because she makes the process so easy! We settled on the 2019 Jetta and we could not be more excited!! When we are ready, we will 100% be going back to Vanessa for our next vehicle. I definitely recommend that you pop in to meet her, even if you are in the very early stages of shopping. You will not regret it!

I have always hoped to own a Lexus and on my 70th birthday treated myself to used 2016 Lexus NX 200T with the premium package. My wife and I received excellent and friendly service and help in choosing the right vehicle from Tony Rezaei, the Sales Consultant. He also took special care when we picked up the vehicle to give us a thorough "education" on the various functions of this model. I very much look forward to several years of driving this car.
